Meet Dr. Jennifer Peterson

Owner-Celtic Chiropractic & Injury Clinic

Dr. Jennifer Peterson completed her Bachelor of Science in General Biology at the University of West Florida in Pensacola, Florida.  She continued her education at Palmer College of Chiropractic, Florida campus and received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree.

With her love of travel, Dr. Peterson moved to Ireland shortly after graduating and was able to visit the home of her ancestors. In Ireland, she got to work in different clinical settings to help spread awareness about the benefits of chiropractic care.  She also met her husband, Stephen, and together they decided to move to Dr. Peterson’s home state of Florida.

Dr. Peterson says her most influential chiropractic experience was Palmer’s Clinic Abroad Program to Nadi, Fiji where she personally treated 230 patients who had little or no access to healthcare. Together with other Palmer students and faculty, they raised money and collected supplies to donate to local schools.

In her spare time, Dr. Peterson enjoys weight training, painting, kayaking, and hiking with her husband and two dogs Cooper and Reilly.
